Now I know some of y'all have been wondering what's going on with D2G as of late?  Well, y'all probably have peeped the last post that featured C. Rich with "She Said". Hope y'all enjoyed that by the way.....


Anywho...onto business. Now seeing as how this is the last month of 2012....we gotta rock it out. So here's one way we're gonna do just that.  So peep the flyer and attend....but in case you can't see it. I'll help you.

10th Entry: SHE SAID

WHAT'S GOOD PEOPLE?!?!? Been a min. since I posted....however...I'd like to say the following thing. If you read my last post, you'd recall I hosted a show at the Ultra Lounge....IT WAS AWESOME!!!! CROWDED!! SURPRISES!! AND GOOD MUSIC!!!!

Well, one of those surprises arrived in the form of "Certified Organic", by way of my brotha C. RICH (a.k.a "AL B. SURE NIGGA WITH THE HAIR ALL WAVY") . He killed it with a preview from his upcoming project, as we then killed the stage with our 2010 classic "I GOT YOU (2010 REMIX)".

So in this case, it's only right that I leak you all a joint that was originally slated for the project, but we figured y'all should hear it. So here we are:

6th Entry: Thoughts on the world now... 11/05/12

Hey everybody. So as you know, or if you follow the news from these pasts few days, Hurricane Sandy has hit the Eastern part of the United States...and has drastically made it's effect towards the rest of our country. So I'm sending my prayers out to my peoples living in New York, New Jersey and the rest of the Eastern time zone.  Everything will be fine. Just pray and keep pushing.

Also, in a matter of 24 hours, election day arrives. And as a U.S. citizen,  I'm encouraging my people (my United States bretheren) to get out and vote. It's a lot of issues that we face in today's society. And honestly, not all will be fixed in a matter of four years I'll admit. However, the saying goes "closed mouths don't get fed". So if you're not at least speaking change into existance, what gives you the right to complain about the issues at hand? Besides, no one is going to do for us what we won't do for ourselves. So take some time out Nov. 6th 2012, (whether Democrat, Republican, Independent)  and make that vote.

5th Entry: Ryan Michael Cohran 11/05/12

 

Good morning my peoples.

 

I'd normally blog on the music updates and whatnot. And I'll get back to that in the next couple of posts.

 

But I wanna take a min. and actually introduce you all to the reason I do this.

 

 

 

His name is Ryan Michael Cohran.

Born Nov. 4, 2009.

He is now three years old.

My motivation. My reason for breathing. I love him.
